This Program is designed to provide an introduction to the cave diving environment for Sport Divers.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Introductory Cave Diver Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 132 fsw (40 msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?

• Certifications requirements:
  • Must be qualified in IANTD Wreck Diver or IANTD Cavern Diver, IANTD Limited Mine Diver or equivalent or equivalent.
• Age requirement:
  • A minimum of 15 years of age for Diver qualification with a parent or guardian authorization.
• Dive experience:
  • Proof of a minimum of 30 logged dives

What is the minimum materials requirements?

• IANTD Introductory Cave Diver Student Kit.

What this program must include?

• Academic Sessions
• Confined Water Sessions
• Overhead Dive Sessions
