This Program is designed to train divers in safe cave diving using mix gas for cave exploration,

and the use of EANx and oxygen for decompression bailouts will be applied.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Technical Cave Diver Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 130fsw (39msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?

  • Technical Cave Diver:
  • Must be a qualified IANTD Introductory Cave Diver or higher or equivalent.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
  • Must proof of a minimum of 50 logged Dives. OR
  • If not qualified as Introductory Cave Diver - Must have proof of 100 dives.

What is the minimum materials requirements?

  • IANTD Technical Cave Diver Student Kit.

What this program must include?

  • Academic Sessions
  • Confined Water Sessions
  • Open Water Sessions
